SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

1. General Information

  • Processing Time: All patch orders are processed within 2-5 business days of mileage submission. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all residents in the continental U.S. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • All packages are sent via Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: If you would like your package mailed with expedited shipping, please email us at wildroutesva@gmail.com so that we may figure an additional price based on your purchase. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days - Expedited Shipping is not offered while Wild Routes is already out on a guiding service. Since personal experiences are not listed on our calendar we may not be available at all times.

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 9-17 business days, depending on the destination country.

    • Expedited International Shipping: N/A.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Wild Routes LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delays

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Wild Routes LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Missing or Incorrect Items

  • If you received an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us at wildroutesva@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

2. Understanding Our Non-Refund Policy

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing, invest in better materials, and continue providing unique and high-quality products and services that you won’t / might not  find anywhere else. Your understanding and support mean the world to us, as it allows us to continue doing what we love.

3. Exchanges and Store Credit

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of your purchase if there is an issue with your order. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with your exchange or store credit experience.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders

Due to the nature of custom and personalized orders, our items and experiences are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at WildRoutesVA@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through an exchange or store credit.
